The sloping site offers sweeping views to the city of Vancouver and the north shore mountains. The composition is comprised of two elegantly detailed boxes, shifted to create a covered outdoor area beside the pool. The rectilinear exterior gives way to a series of curved elements that redefine the interior spaces.

The floor plans are organized around the client’s daily rituals of wellness and entertaining. The lower level is conceived as a restorative environment, centred on a sequence of sauna, steam room, and cold plunge that supports recovery and wellbeing. The living space extends outwards to the pool deck through a 24-foot-wide operable opening, creating a continuous space for hosting gatherings of any scale.
