Randy Bens built this studio to accommodate his office of 3 in the backyard of his home. It is a modified shipping container which has been trimmed from 40' to 28'. The cut end is glazed and the steel box is cladded in yellow cedar. The windows and doors are also be yellow cedar, left to weather. The end of the container cantilevers off the foundation by 7', and a light steel stair connects it to the ground.
